FREE USP 4-Week Program Update:

The August group has finished up the first week’s lesson and assignments. Very great strides are already made from the comments I’ve received from their insights they’ve gained in just the first lesson.

“This class MADE me find time to reflect and do the assignment.  Working as a full time high school teacher AND building my photography business has me working 7 days a week and often 12-16 hours a day.  I am my own worst enemy when it comes to making time for myself.  I think this class will allow me to put a little focus on what I need to do to be successful.”

“This was a fantastic lesson… it really gave me the opportunity to remember the truth about myself. Thanks for the Lesson#1….can’t wait.. for the next”

“Looking back I see where many times I did not use clues to make the best choices. While I cannot change any of those, I can learn to use clues better and to make better choices towards the success I want from here on.”

“Wow! Lesson one gave me some incredible ah ha moments. The one thing that was made crystal clear to me is that my success from childhood to now has been a series of massive actions that I have taken over time. This one lesson truly solidified my understanding why MASSIVE ACTION is the key to success. I will apply these insights NOW! I cannot wait for the second lesson.”

And there are lots more comments expressing their excitement too.

The next group begins in September, it’s already filling up, will you join us too?

It’s a case of he-said and she-said

It’s a case of he-said and she-said…

“Mark Hendricks is truly one of the “good guys”. I worked with him one-on-one for about a year. He served as my coach, mentor and friend, cheering me along every step of the way through his Ultimate Success Program.

It’s actually a little difficult to explain exactly how much Mark’s program and personal coaching has helped me because the process is gradual and results build up over time. Rather than magical, instant results, I noticed small but amazing improvements along the way. Every week I worked on something new that also helped reinforce and expand on the previous lessons. Mark calls this “slow growth” and I like to think of it as a way of getting results that stick around for the long-term.

During and after the coaching I found myself reacting to various situations differently than I had in the past – in a very positive way. When this happens (and it happens nearly every day) I’m reminded of all the help and guidance I received from Mark and the USP course. As I mentioned, it’s hard to describe all the benefits – increased awareness, confidence and personal empowerment are just a few of the things that come to mind. Mark has reminded me of the fact that I can do anything I set my mind to and that has been key to moving me closer to my goals.

I highly recommend the Ultimate Success Program to anyone who is ready to stop wishing and start making things happen in their life. Mark has done such a good job of organizing and timing each lesson perfectly so that you get the most out of the program. Each lesson prepares you for the next and it all works together brilliantly. I also feel that anyone with the ability to influence young people needs to take this course – parents, school teachers, etc. Children need to learn these lessons and sadly, many are not exposed to some or all of them the way they should be. The program helps form a solid foundation for being a successful adult in any area you choose. For adults who follow the program, it fills in the important gaps that are holding you back.

For those who have trouble sticking with a self-study program and following through until the finish, Mark’s personal coaching is a must. I know my results wouldn’t have been nearly as good if I hadn’t had those weekly calls with Mark to go over the lessons. He added additional insight that was specific to me and my situation and helped clear up any confusion I may have had at the time. It’s really one of the best things you can do for yourself and I am so happy that I had the opportunity to work with Mark. It’s made a real difference in my life.”

Do what you like, like what you do

I have a cap that has the slogan “Life is good” on the front.

And I recently noticed inside the cap is found another phrase,
“Do what you like, like what you do.”

Not always are we immediately compensated financially for
following this advice.  But at least we do have a chance at
a fulfilling life that we like.

But what if you would like to be compensated for doing what
you like to do?

Well, you must develop the habit of doing more than you are
paid for.  You must continually provide more and better service
than that for which you are paid, even though other people
do not follow this philosophy.

Why?

Because you will build a reputation as a person who goes the
extra mile, and you will be noticed above and beyond others who
do not do this.  Plus, you will be continually positioned to
learn, master, and apply new ideas, strategies, and techniques
as well as meet others who are and will recognize you as a
person who believes and applies this principle of success.

Let me ask you.  Have you noticed it’s always lonely on the
extra mile?

Now, what do I mean by that?  Most people do not do more than
paid for.  Most people don’t even do what they are paid for.

If you practice this principle of doing more than paid for,
you make yourself invaluable to others and raise your value
in the marketplace for your services.  Realize that those who
practice this principle also recognize it in others and are
more apt to welcome you to their ranks of successful people.

If those that pay you now don’t recognize and reward you for
your extra effort, knowledge, and skills, then look elsewhere
to those who will reward you.

You have a choice to make–get or get by.

If you choose get, then provide more service than you are paid
for and reap the greater rewards for your effort where you are
ultimately paid more than the effort required.

If you choose to get by, you will always receive just the minimum
for the service you provide.

Look at how nature provides for a farmer.  Who plants the seed?
The seed grows not only to yield more seed, but also a great
harvest, greater than the seed planted.

It’s the Law of Increasing Returns.

By providing more service than we are paid, we may yield returns
in excess of, and out of proportion to, the effort put forth.

Listen to that Law of Increasing Returns again:  By providing
more service than we are paid, we may yield returns in excess
of, and out of proportion to, the effort put forth.

By you providing more and better service than you are paid for,
others get into the habit of calling on you for assistance, and
if they also understand this concept of The Law of Increasing
Returns, know that they are obligated to reward you in some
manner, financially or otherwise.

Develop the attitude that it is your privilege to do more than
you are required, so that you can be positioned for greater
responsibilities and the rewards that go with them.

Remove the attitude that you are cheated unless you receive
material pay for all the service you render.

Your success is attracted to you, and you are attracted to your
success by applying the principle of The Law of Increasing
Returns.  It is a law of nature that is timeless in ability to
work for you, others, and in the physical world, as well.

And Ralph Waldo Emerson makes this point, “Cause and effect, means
and ends, seed and fruit cannot be severed, for the effect already
blooms in the cause.  The end pre-exists in the means, the fruit,
and the seed.”

Amazingly, when this Law of Increasing Returns is applied in your
life, you will soon discover that the world is willingly paying
you for more than you do.  Knowledge becomes power only through
organization and use.  And rarely are you provided the opportunity
to turn your knowledge into power of application unless you do
more than what you are paid to do.

You cannot become successful without developing leadership in your
chosen field.  And you cannot become a leader without doing more
than what you are paid for.

This is an excerpt from just one of the lessons in the
Ultimate Success Program.

When you’re ready, I invite you to join the thousands
who have applied these life lessons that I’ve put together
into a step-by-step success program.

There’s one recurring theme through all of the lessons,
and that is to take action on each and every step. If
you don’t do that, nothing will happen for you.

The law of cause and effect is real, you must be the
cause (the action) to get the desired effect (your
dreams and goals).

How to use “failure” as your ticket to astounding success

How to use “failure” as your ticket to astounding success

Now, let’s talk about how to use what others call “failure” as
your ticket to astounding success.

Here’s a few things to consider.

You must fight your negative emotions with positive emotions.
We humans are emotional creatures with logical and creative
thinking attached.  You must first fight the battle for your
mind by replacing your negative feelings with positive feelings,
so your logical and creative mind can flourish.

Understand that the act of failing is not failure.  It is rather
a corrective measuring stick in your success toolbox.  This is
the success system that you were born with, and it’s the same
success system that will work for you throughout your life as
long as you do not get in its way with your negative emotions
and clouded thinking.

When looking at, and admiring successful people, always realize
that their success is made up of their ability to correct their
failed attempts and their persistence in testing new approaches
step by step by step towards success.

Your success will be made out of your mistakes that you turn
into successes.  When we get handed a lemon, we’ve got to learn
how to make lemonade.  And that’s what we have to do with our
mistakes and hardships that come our way.  We’ve got to turn
things around and turn them into positives.

When we get handed a lemon, we’ve got to learn how to make lemonade.

You must rise above your failures by using your instinctive success
system that has worked time and time again for you throughout your
life.  If you will get your negative emotions out of the way and
apply positive persistence, there is nothing that can stop you.

What are some negative thoughts that haunt you?

Go through the list of failure symptoms to see which ones may be
holding you back.  Become aware of these symptoms during the activities
of each day.  Think about your feelings as situations arise.  Pay
close attention to your feelings, so you can identify and expose
them for what they are.  And learn to turn these lemons into lemonade.

You must work diligently to make your thinking rational rather than
emotional thinking.  It is good to have positive emotional feelings
and to have positive rational thinking.  You will learn your strengths
and your weaknesses.  Learn to focus and use your strengths to your
advantage and improve your weaknesses as time goes by.

If there are areas in which you are weak, look for other people to
fill in those gaps in your effort.  This makes for good teamwork or
provides opportunities for others to be of positive service in
their lives, too.

Focus on your past successes, so the process of achieving them becomes
your model for achieving future successes, too.  Control your thoughts
by filling your mind with positive thoughts and feelings.

Yes, you will have negatives come before you.  It happens to all of us.

You must choose how to deal with these negatives and then take positive
action on your choices and measure the results you get against the
outcomes your desired, and make adjustments and take action again.

Fighting failure feelings is a battle that continually goes on in your
mind, and the best defense against these negative feelings is your
strong positive offense of using your power of choice, taking decisive
action, and observing the results to make course corrections along
the way.

This is an excerpt from just one of the lessons in the
Ultimate Success Program.

When you’re ready, I invite you to join the thousands

The world really needs dreamers, inventors, entrepreneurs, visionaries, and doers

The world really needs dreamers, inventors, entrepreneurs,
visionaries, and doers

The world really needs dreamers, inventors, entrepreneurs,
visionaries, and doers.  It is they that create the future
realities to benefit all humanity.

I’d like to emphasize we especially need doers.  It’s great
to be a dreamer; it’s great to invent things; it’s great to
be an entrepreneur and have new business ideas; it’s great
to be visionary, of coming up with new things to look forward
to.  But we really do need to have doers to bring those things
into reality.

I suggest to you to fall in love with your vision, your dream,
your goal that forms in your mind, for that is where all
achievement begins.  Build them into a never-ending desire,
always knowing that if you ask, you will receive.  You want to
build it into a burning and yearning emotional desire.  If you’ve
got that happening down inside of you, it will keep you going and
going and going when things get tough, and it will make the joy
even better once you do achieve your goal.

Always dream lofty dreams because as you dream, so will you become.

It begins with your thoughts.  You see your thoughts are your seeds
of reality, just as any seed can grow into its corresponding result.
And this, of course, is the law of cause and effect.

As your thoughts grow, your thoughts require you to take action upon
them.  This is called Inspirational Dissatisfaction, and this is how
you outgrow your current condition and move toward your achievements.

Can you remember a time when your life was frustrating?  You were
unhappy and wanting more?  And you see how you were dissatisfied with
your current situation, and you started thinking all the time about
how you could improve the situation?

Well, you see, that would be Inspirational Dissatisfaction.

You were inspired from your dissatisfied situation in life to move
forward, to achieve new goals, to move on with your life.

Inspirational Dissatisfaction is good.

Now we’re not talking about wishes.  We’re talking about desires that
demand action be taken toward your goals one step at a time.  You’ll
gravitate to those things you desire and move toward, and they will
gravitate to you.  You see, you’ll draw together with your goals as
if you were two magnets attracting one another.

Understand that you will receive the results of your thoughts.  You
will receive what you earn, no more and no less.  Your earnings are
the result of your service to others.  Increase your service and
you’ll increase your earnings.

Whatever your current situation, you will rise, remain, or fall,
depending on your thoughts.  Your thoughts create your reality;
control your thoughts and you control your reality.  You must control
your thoughts.  You’ve been given this right.  You must use it.

Success and achievement are not luck.  Those people that call it luck
only see the end result and do not understand that, unseen to them,
are the thoughts, dreams, sacrifices, actions, failures, adjustments,
repeated attempts, and persistence that make up the resulting success
and achievement.

There is cause and effect.  There is effort and result.  The thoughts,
visions, ideals, and dreams you have in your mind, mixed with action
and effort toward these goals, is what you will become.

This is an excerpt from just one of the lessons in the
Ultimate Success Program.
